· February 10, 2014 ·Since late summer 2013 you could manage the clean/dirty status of lodging units.
This has been made simpler/better. Now, every night a job will run after
midnight and look at each unit. If it was occupied the unit is marked as dirty,
until someone marks it as clean. A unit can only be marked as clean on the
checkout day or on a day when the unit was unoccupied the day before. In order for this to work a daily overnight process has to be running. Let me know if you wish to use this and I will start that process.
Under Permissions in Setup Users there are now multiple entries related to the
availability.
The calendar in online booking now supports daily notes in the box where the
price pops up as the user hovers over the calendar. Those notes are entered via
the availability, by right clicking a cell and selecting Web Notes. Web Notes
will only appear as a choice if you select any note category in the Company
Setup, under the field ‘Note Display’.
