Purchase

There is no cost to purchase ROAM software.

Fees

ROAM’s monthly fee is a percentage of the value of the bookings received, with the fee percentage decreasing as the value of bookings increases:

  • .3% on bookings of $1,000,000 or less
  • .15% on bookings of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000
  • .10% on bookings of $2,000,000 to $3,000,000
  • .05% on bookings of $3,000,000 and above

The minimum annual fee is $600.

Example

To calculate the fee on annual sales of $1,500,000:

3% of first $1,000,000 = $3000
.15% of next $500,000 = $750

Total fee = $3750

On annual sales of $1,500,000 the fee would be $3,750.00 based on .3% of the first $1,000,000 and .15% on the next $500,000.

Training Pricing

Tutorials

  • no cost

Your Office

  • hourly rate: $60.00 (minimum of four hours)
  • expenses: Subject to prior negotiations, expenses incurred by training staff are the responsibility of the client. Expenses may include, but are not limited to such items as transportation, accommodations, meals and materials

ROAM Office

  • Hourly rate: $60.00 (minimum of four hours)
  • Expenses: client is responsible for all expenses incurred

Remote Access

  • hourly rate: $60 (minimum of one hour)
